CeaiBotanica is a commercial brand of Botanica Traditii S.R.L., located at Str. Baba Novac nr. 19, 900366 Constanța, România. The seller's identity, contact details, and registration information are specified in the Legal Information section and in each order confirmation. We accept returns only at the specific address provided after your request is registered; do not send parcels to any other address.

The minimum age to place an order is 18 years. The products and the online store are intended solely for individual, non-commercial use, unless agreed otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel orders when the information provided cannot be verified, items are out of stock, or fraud is suspected, in which cases we refund all paid amounts in full.

Prices are shown in RON. Shipping fees appear at checkout before the order is finalized. If we notice an obvious pricing error prior to dispatch, we will give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it at no cost.

3.1 VAT and customs duties

Deliveries within Romania include VAT in the displayed price where required by law. For shipments outside Romania, customs duties and local taxes are set by destination country authorities and paid directly by the recipient. Refusing a package at customs is treated as a return: we deduct shipping expenses from the refunded amount.

You can pay using Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We do not store or request card details or bank account access directly on our website.

4.1 Order placement and acceptance

An order is considered placed upon completing the checkout process. You will automatically receive a message with the assigned order number; the contract becomes binding once the plants are dispatched and the shipping notification is sent. Until that point, we may cancel the order and refund any payments made.

4.2 Failed or incomplete payments

We do not dispatch packages for unpaid orders or orders with declined payments. For cash-on-delivery orders, refusing delivery or failing to collect the package will result in its return to our warehouse and the cancellation of the order.

We use personal information strictly to fulfill orders, resolve requests, and protect the platform, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The rules governing cookie technologies are set out in our Cookie Policy. Both form an integral part of these contractual terms.

Prepare and consume tea according to the instructions on the packaging and product sheet. Keep blends out of the reach of young children unless intended for them. Images reflect the actual botanicals we ship; minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and do not constitute a defect.

6.1 Storage, expiry and disposal

Store dried botanicals in the environment recommended on the box or pouch. Observe the shelf life and do not consume the blend after the printed expiration date. Recycle or dispose of packaging according to local waste collection guidelines.

The information on this platform does not constitute medical, dietary, or clinical advice. Texts describe botanical composition and brewing methods without claiming therapeutic benefits. Consult a physician prior to consumption if you are pregnant, nursing, taking daily prescription medications, or have existing health conditions.

Any promotional price is valid only while displayed on the website and cannot be combined with other offers, unless expressly stated otherwise. Discount vouchers must be entered before payment and cannot be applied retroactively. If you return an order, any gift items included with that promotion must also be returned.

Shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and rates can be found in the Shipping section. Delivery times are calculated in business days from handover to the courier and serve as estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Packages containing multiple tea selections may ship separately.

Liability for the products remains ours until the courier hands the package to you at the specified address; upon receipt, responsibility for safekeeping transfers to you. Report visible external damage to [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt, attaching supporting photos. Enter your delivery details carefully: if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we refund the payment minus the actual shipping costs incurred.

You have the right to send products back within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with the rules on our Returns and Refunds page. First request a return authorization code and ship the parcel exclusively to the address provided by us. We refund the value of the products; the initial delivery fee is refunded only if the return results from a delivery error or a proven defect. Statutory withdrawal rights applicable in your country remain in effect.

Delivered teas must conform to the store specifications and be free from defects upon arrival. Products benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity under Romanian national legislation. Botanica Traditii S.R.L. guarantees freshness, the printed expiration date, and compliance with food safety requirements regulated by ANSVSA. If a product exhibits conformity defects covered by national legislation within the statutory period, we will replace or refund it, following evaluation. Damage caused by improper storage, misuse, or normal degradation is not covered by the warranty.

You may not place fraudulent orders, attempt to disrupt the operation of the website, extract data belonging to other customers, or transmit false, unlawful, or defamatory messages. In the event of a breach of these requirements, we may suspend your access without prior notice.

All texts, product photographs, visuals, trademarks, and source code are the property of Botanica Traditii S.R.L. or its licensed partners. You may browse or print pages strictly for individual use; copying, distributing, or commercially using these materials is permitted only with our prior written consent.

We may include links to external domains that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or operation of those pages. The presence of a link does not constitute an endorsement or warranty.

The reviews displayed on the website come from genuine buyers of our teas; these accounts reflect individual tastes and experiences, without promising identical results for every consumer. When you submit a review, image, or comment, you authorize us to display it publicly free of charge, showing only your first name. We will remove a review upon request, and we reject unlawful text or content that exposes personal data of third parties.

The platform is provided on an 'as is' basis. We ensure that information is accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or the complete absence of technical errors. Statutory warranties regarding purchased herbs remain unaffected.

The maximum financial liability of Botanica Traditii S.R.L. for any order is limited to the actual amount paid by the consumer for that order or to the fixed amount of 450 lei. We accept full statutory liability for personal injury, damage to life or health, as well as for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, pursuant to mandatory provisions. In all other circumstances, any damages we may owe are strictly limited to direct and foreseeable losses arising under this contract.

You agree to cover the costs of any claims or damages brought by third parties against us resulting from your breach of these terms or messages submitted to the website, to the extent permitted by law.

Terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Romanian law, and any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Romania. In the absence of an amicable settlement, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court at the seller's registered office; individual consumers may at any time choose to bring proceedings or defend actions before the courts of their country of domicile. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence remain fully applicable.

Order confirmations, delivery notices, invoices, and any contractual notices are sent to the email address entered during checkout. Make sure your details are valid and check your spam folder as well; communication sent to the designated address is deemed received.

We are entitled to assign our contractual rights and obligations to a successor entity, ensuring that your rights are not diminished. You may not transfer rights arising from this agreement to third parties without our written consent.

Our failure to insist upon the immediate enforcement of any provision in these terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.

If any provision of this document becomes unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply, and the affected clause will be replaced by a lawful one that preserves its intent.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or refuse future purchases to any customer who violates these terms. Parcels already handed over to the courier will proceed as scheduled.

These terms, along with associated documents and the dispatch confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the purchase. If these terms are translated, the language version of the store from which you made the purchase takes precedence.
