You may return any item purchased from CeaiBotanica within 30 days of receipt, for any reason. This section outlines the requirements, steps, associated costs, and refund timeline.
! Important: request a return code before shipping and send the package strictly to the address specified in the instructions. Shipments sent to any other destination cannot be linked to your order.
1. 30-day refund guarantee
The return window is 30 days from the day you received your order. This applies whether the item arrived damaged, is defective, does not match your selection, or if you decide to cancel your purchase.
2. Return conditions
- Damaged or defective item: replacement with an intact product or a full refund, including original shipping fees; please provide photos when submitting your request.
- Incorrect item sent: we will ship the correct order and collect the wrong item at our expense.
- Conditions for purchase cancellation: the product must remain sealed, unused, and in its original packaging with tags intact; return shipping is at your expense, and the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Opened packages cannot be resold for hygiene reasons and are not accepted for return, unless they are defective.
3. Complete product return process

- We will send you the warehouse address and a unique return code within one business day.
- Place the item in its original box, include a written note with your return code, and securely seal the package.
- Hand the package over to the courier for delivery to the provided address and email us the tracking number. Keep the receipt or shipping confirmation until you receive your refund.
4. Refunds and processing time
We inspect the returned package within 3 business days and send payment confirmation by email. Refunds follow the original payment method: cash on delivery payments are refunded via bank transfer to the account you provide, and amounts originally paid by bank transfer are returned to the source account. Bank processing usually takes between 1 and 5 business days.
5. Exchanges and cancellations
If you prefer a different variety, return the item following the outlined steps and place a new, separate order; we will transfer the refund as soon as we receive the package.
